Terms of Sales

1) Legal treatment

TRANSPARENTMARAIS.COM is designated as the brand owned by the SAS 94 registered with the RCS Paris under the number 81428414700018 headquartered 94 rue du Temple 75003 Paris, following the operating company. These general conditions are an integral part of the accommodation contract is concluded, according to the institution concerned, the status of "tourist homes". This accommodation is made in apartments composed of furnished accommodation for temporary stays from several days to several months. These units are not intended to constitute the main homes, or even second homes, so it is forbidden to establish his residence in places either continuously or intermittently. This contract cannot be considered a hotel contract insofar as the characteristics of services of this type of contract are not insured; the services are not included in the price and only offered as accessory. The occupancy must respect the limits of the maximum permitted occupants according to the reserved accommodation category. Booking a stay implies acceptance of these terms and conditions which prevail over any other previous terms or on any terms of purchase.

 

2) Booking Conditions

2.1 Normal booking

Booking accommodation in a TRANSPARENTMARAIS.COM residence is valid only after acceptance of the booking by the operating company. The confirmation of the reservation at the discretion of the operating company. 3) Conditions for total cancellation before arrival

4) Deposit

A € 300 security deposit will be required for a stay on the day of arrival, before the keys. It can be done by credit card imprint. 5) Obligation of the occupant

6) Price and Payment

Prices are quoted and payable in Euros. They include VAT, per unit and per night for the dates and length of stay chosen. The rent includes water and electricity. Stay taxes and optional services are not included in the rent. Accepted payment methods are credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer, cash, in accordance with the maximum amounts permitted by applicable law, checks. Checks are not accepted. The settlement of the rent is carried out in full on the day of arrival, before the keys. The deposit paid when booking, is charged on the amount of the first rent. For billing to a company, open an account, after validation of the financial service, with care, must be done before entering the premises at the residence.

 

7) Insurance

Responsibility TRANSPARENTMARAIS.COM said that regardless of the length of stay its insurer does not support the damage to third - theft, deterioration or disappearance of personal belongings in the apartments or common areas.

The responsibility of the operating company cannot be held for any of these reasons.
